After eight long years, YG’s executive producer Yang Hyun-suk has finally had a dramatic reunion with 2NE1. The full reunion took place on June 27 at YG’s new headquarters in Hapjeong-dong, Seoul.

According to YG Entertainment, Yang warmly welcomed the four 2NE1 members (CL, Park Bom, Sandara Park, and Gong Minzy) individually. The official meeting, which lasted about two hours, was filled with meaningful and significant conversations.

2NE1 holds a special place for YG, being the first girl group to establish the “YG DNA” lineage, paving the way for global phenomena like BLACKPINK and the recently debuted BabyMonster.

This reunion is particularly notable as it marks the first time the members have officially visited YG’s new headquarters. Given that the meeting coincides with the 15th anniversary of their debut, speculation is high about potential new projects involving 2NE1, capturing the attention of fans worldwide.
