On the 3rd, OMEGA X announced that they have signed an exclusive contract with IPQ, the production company behind the web drama ‘Comfort Boys’.

OMEGA X members Kim Jaehan and Shin Yechan had previously appeared in the web drama ‘Comfort Boys’, which gained popularity upon its release in March this year, ranking first on WATCHA and in the top rankings on TVING. Riding on the success of the drama, the members held a fan meeting at the Rowoon Art Hall on the 2nd.

IPQ (formerly known as Picture’sque) is an online distribution agency primarily engaged in managing intellectual property rights for movies, albums, and webtoon IPs. They recently changed their name and expressed their intention to focus on planning and producing idol-specific content, expanding their management business. OMEGA X is planning to work as IPQ’s first idol group.
