JYP Entertainment’s new global girl group, VCHA, has officially confirmed their debut date as January 26, 2024. The group, consisting of members Lexie, Camila, Kendall, Savannah, Kage, and Kailey, surprised fans worldwide by releasing their pre-debut single “Ready for the World” and simultaneously unveiling their debut date. The track, produced by K-pop’s representative producer J.Y. Park, serves as the starting point for VCHA’s global journey, capturing the excitement and thrill of the members approaching their official debut.

VCHA, a collaboration between JYP and Universal Music Group’s Republic Records, is a massive project born through the ‘A2K’ (America2Korea) theme, bringing together top-tier players in the global music industry. J.Y. Park, leading the project, personally coined the group name, expressing the team’s identity as one that will illuminate the world for fans and the public.

Earlier on September 22, they released the pre-debut single ‘SeVit (NEW LIGHT)’ along with the title track ‘Y.O.Universe,’ celebrating the culmination of the ‘A2K’ project on a global scale. The music video for ‘Y.O.Universe’ quickly rose to the top of YouTube Trending worldwide, ranking 1st in numerous regions, including the United States, Brazil, and Canada, showcasing the group’s high level of international attention and interest.
