Fantagio has also prepared signs and staff to guide visitors to the memorial space at their headquarters. They ask fans to reference these signs when visiting the space.

Moonbin passed away on April 19 at the age of 25, and his funeral was held in private on April 22. Fans have been expressing their condolences and sharing their memories of the talented artist on social media since the news of his passing.
