BTS’s V, also known as Taehyung, has teamed up with ADOR’s executive producer, Min Heejin, to release his first solo album. Upon V’s proposal, Min Heejin is taking charge of the overall production, including music, choreography, design, and promotion for this album.
Min Heejin is the representative and executive producer of ADOR, and she is considered one of the most influential figures in the K-pop and domestic entertainment industry, credited for NewJeans’ success.
Min Heejin, the producer, shared, “I received the proposal at the end of last year. At first, I hesitated due to my busy schedule, but V’s attitude, passion, and his intriguing vocal color caught my attention. My main focus was to present music that reflects V’s taste while incorporating the music I wanted to suggest. Instead of sticking to familiar styles, I emphasized creating music that we wanted to do and could execute well. It was a hectic process, but I believe we came up with an enjoyable piece of work.”
V expressed his feelings about his solo album release, saying, “I’m nervous but happy.” He added, “The album fully embodies my personal preferences, and there will be a lot to see. I prepared with the thought that ARMY (name) would be pleased, so I hope everyone looks forward to it. You’ll be able to witness a different side of BTS’s V, who is also a solo artist.”
Fans are eagerly awaiting V’s solo album, and with Min Heejin’s guidance, expectations are soaring for a unique and exciting musical experience from the talented BTS member.
