Group MONSTA X’s Hyungwon and actress Kim Ji-eun will become the new MCs of “Inkigayo”.

According to a report by Sporty News on the 29th, Hyungwon and Kim Ji-eun were selected as the MCs for SBS music show “Inkigayo”. The two will take over the baton from actors No Jung-ui and Seo Beom-jun as the new hosts of the program.

Hyungwon has been recognized for his stable hosting skills and quick wit, having previously hosted “Idol Radio” among other programs. In particular, he exploded with charm and captivated fans with his appearance on YouTuber Lee Young-ji’s web content “Even though it’s nothing” which garnered 10 million views in no time. Expectations are high for Hyungwon’s first music show challenge, also known as “Fox Nam” and “Guilty Pleasure”.

Kim Ji-eun’s challenge as an “Inkigayo” MC is also unique. Kim has continued to deliver hits with her starring roles in “Once Again My Life” and “One Dollar Lawyer”, showcasing her fantastic chemistry with SBS.
